The Littlest Heroes is an organization that services Northeast Ohio children with cancer and their families through meal delivery, massage therapy, end of therapy celebrations, spa services, sporting events, etc. They have been around for 6 years with record growth. Metro Lexus is a proud sponsor of their organization.
The events that are upcoming are The Race for Children's Sake on Sunday August 5th beginning at Jacob's field. Event registration will begin at 7:30 am and the race time is still to be announced. Teams will be formed and donations will be accepted (sponsorships).
We will also have an art contest called Art for Children's Sake and the tentative date for the contest is Monday June 25,2007 at The Signature of Solon. It will be a dinner event after a golf outing and the artworks that are created by the children will be displayed. They will be judged and first place will be a trip to Disney for the winning family, second place is a weekend stay at Kalahari Water Park in Sandusky and 3rd place is still in the works. The children create the art work using 1 of the 250 kits that Metro Lexus purchased. The kits are professional grade and include the canvas as well as all painting materials. |
