Alternate Transportation
We maintain a large fleet of late model Lexus loaner cars that are available for you to drive while your car is being serviced by our technicians. If you would like a loaner car while your car is being serviced, simply request one from one of our service consultants when you call to schedule your service appointment. As an added service to our busy customers, we can arrange Pick up and Delivery of your Lexus from your home or office. Our Valet Service can even bring you a loaner car when we come to get your car for your service appointment. Ask your service consultant for details.
Mobile Service
Our Mobile Service Van presents the easiest way yet to get great service on your Lexus. Metro Lexus' skilled technicians can perform many of the normal, scheduled maintenance items on your Lexus right at your home or office. For regular services like oil changes, this can be a real time saver. Our service consultants will be pleased to set up an appointment that fits with your busy schedule.
Shuttle Services
Metro Lexus is just minutes from Cleveland Hopkins Airport. Combine your next trip out of town with your next service appointment. When you drop off your Lexus here at the dealership, our driver can take you to the airport so you can catch your flight. Your car will be ready and waiting for you when you return. We'll make all the necessary arrangements for you when you schedule your service appointment.
After Hours Drop Off and Late Pick Up
We realize that our clients have busy schedules. Our After Hours Drop Off is available to our customers who are unable to bring their Lexus in during regular business hours. Simply bring your Lexus to our service drive and fill out the service request, then place your key inside the envelope, and leave it in the drop off slot. We will do the rest. Our Late Pick Up service allows you to pick up your Lexus from our Sales Department after the Service Department is closed. Ask your service consultant for details.
